Extra Report: Her Relationship With Brera Sterne
Brera is the Galaxy Fleet pilot who came to stick to Ranka's side as her guard. As a matter of fact, even before then he took actions similar to watching over Ranka from the shadows, and it's said that it was actually Brera's aircraft that rescued Ranka from within the body of the Vajra that took off from Gaul 4.*
On the other hand, Ranka also noticed Brera before and after her debut, as he knew the melody of the song "Aimo", that Ranka herself remembers. Also, from his gentle consideration of Ranka, the traces of her real elder brother, who Ranka separated from when she was a child, appear to have piled up.

* Translator's note: originally was: "~ that rescued Ranka from within the body of the Vajra that took off from Gaul 4.", which was originally "(...) the Vajra on Gaul 4." and later flagged as an error in the original edition.

Caption: Even though taciturn Brera doesn't show very many feelings, he became kind to Ranka and gave her advice.
