Extra Report: The Coworkers Of The Three
Although Vanessa and the others were the full-time bridge operators, during the First Interstellar War, the three coworkers in charge of operating the Pinpoint Barrier were their substitutes. Also, during their Command Headquarter days, assistant Machizaki was their coworker.

The young man that worked as an operator in the Command Headquarters Command Centre after the First Interstellar War. As a junior to Vanessa and the others, its assumed that he wasn't very good because the three often made fun of him.
