Commentary
Even though Fire Bomber achieved their CD debut in the end, it didn't smoothly proceed, and in its first week of sales, it had many difficulties in the stores, having opened at the 196th chart position. The recording of "Planet Dance" that was turned into a CD in the series also cannot at all be called a commodity if one thinks normally, as the sound source -recorded during the preceding episode- is mixed with battlefield noises (even the complaints Gamlin shouted at Basara can be heard...). However, as the CD shop clerk that appears in this episode evaluated the single as "wonderfully good", Fire Bomber appears to be acquiring fans who understand them a little at a time.
Also, this story is the episode that the female singer Alice appears in - she was the singer that gave Mylene the impetus to aim at rock music. Alice, from whom the vampires had absorbed spiritia from in this episode, regains her energy again with Mylene's songs. Although the episode depicts the discovery of hope for the people who have fallen victim to the vampires up until now, it also depicts that this was Geperunicchi's aim at the same time. This plan, which runs from this episode until the 12th, steadily progresses a little bit at a time.

Topics: The Jacket Of The First Single
An SD illustration of Basara's beloved VF-19 Kai is drawn on the jacket of Fire Bomber's first single "Planet Dance". It seems that Akiko's ideas probably have a considerable influence, from such things as the point that she recognized the star character of Basara's fighter craft in the third episode.

Topics: Mylene Drives A Sports Car
Mylene seems to be at home spiritedly driving a red sports car. Although her frequent appearance in car-driving scenes in the story isn't limited to this episode, it can be said with confidence that Mylene actually "acquired her starry-sky licence at the age of ten", and her hobby is "driving her beloved car on the Milky Way Road". As she drives a sports car around at a young age, she really seems to be the daughter of a high class family.

Mylene: "But!"
Basara: "What?"

Basara: "Haa... and you also watch variety shows."
Mylene: "Next time, "Deep Ballad". Because I wanna know about it!"
