Commentary
The episode with the first appearance of Gabiru, who has an especially conspicuous colour even among the assembled individual factions of the Protodevilun. If I'd have to say then Gabiru was loved by the fans as a comedian character from his appearance, with its peculiar language sense of comparing anything to "beauty" and the failure of the various plans he's worked over; and he came to keep appearing until the final stage of the story as the one suitable for being unable to miss as the figure of fun.
Also, Basara personally intending to launch missiles toward the enemy in this episode is both the first and last time in the series. Basara personally lost songs, departs from his belief in oneself, and fires the missiles. The person that strongly encouraged such a Basara in a loud voice was Gamlin, who has been continuing to repudiate Basara up until now. With this sequence of scenes and the flow to the two exchanging a high-five at the end, one can sense the strange friendship of Basara and Gamlin that has newly sprouted. In addition, concerning the actions of Basara, who acted contrary to his beliefs and fired missiles, it wasn't only Gamlin in the series that protested, it's said that fans at the time of broadcast also protested his actions.

Topics: The Relationship Between Gabiru And Gurabiru
Gabiru said "this is my body" while looking at Gurabiru in the episode. As shown in that expression, Gabiru is the form that separates only the intelligence from Gurabiru, and they were once the same Protodevilun. Only Gabiru can control Gurabiru, who doesn't have an intelligence, and his awakening this episode was caused by the unexpected waking of Gurabiru in the preceding episode.

The Super Parts, which add such things as ammunition and propellant, are typical as additional Valkyrie equipment. This traditional additional equipment make the enhancement of manoeuvrability and the ability to continue to battle its main purpose. In regard to the Sound Boosters that are additional equipment for the Sound Force of Basara and others, they are additional equipment for more efficiently converting Song Energy into beams, barriers and so on. The differences of such development concepts clearly appears in the shape of both kinds of equipment.
