Commentary
The episode where Hikaru and Minmei spend time together by themselves after two years, and as a result, it forms a fissure in the human relations of both of them. The complex, detailed emotions of both heroines, such as the expression that has a trace of unhappiness while Misa continues to gallantly wait for Hikaru, and Minmei, who has a faraway look to somewhere despite her face smiling broadly when she reunites with Hikaru, are presented in carefully drawn pictures, piles up the drama. Also, Kaifun, who is disappointed by Minmei in this episode and leaves, represents the emotions of the observers in the end, and admonishes selfish Minmei. Although Kaifun has performed an unpopular role many times so far, his appearance when he leaves is something that feels sincere in his own way.

Topics: The Great Activity Of the Spartan
In this episode, Hikaru boards and sorties in a Destroid Spartan to stop the Zentraadi soldiers who have caused a riot. Although the Spartan has seen little activity so far, because the hero boards one, it caused the drawing of a great number of setting pictures when they produced this episode, such as detailed settings of the Spartan hangar, the "club" for the Spartan, and the interior of the Spartan's cockpit. Also, a theatrical battle that exercised the staff's ingenuity was also prepared for the combat scenes - such as breaking off the foot of the Rigaado with the club just as it forfeits at a distance, and exchanging attacks with a flesh and blood Zentraadi soldier and beating him down on the buttocks.
Topics: Lynn Kaifun
Lynn Kaifun, who left in this episode, is said to be a cousin who yearns for Minmei, and as a pacifist, is a contrastive character to Hikaru. Also, he is a type who assertively tells the other parties his mind, and was an important minor character that stirred up the emotions in the relationship of Misa, Minmei, and the late-blooming, or thickheaded, Hikaru. In regards to the movie "Do You Remember Love?", Kaifun was removed from Minmei's romantic interests, and became someone with the extent of "a supporting role with somewhat many appearances". Although the setting was changed to him being Minmei's real elder brother, under Buritai's coercion when they were prisoners, he was forced to kiss his younger sister Minmei.
