Commentary Through a jungle escape drama, a love drama develops in two pairs of man and woman: Shin and Sara, and Fokker and Aries. Probably from the tension created in the desperate escape, or the feeling of freedom caused by Mother Nature, the women reveal their feelings that they've continued to keep to themselves. The men react to those emotions, solve the cares that the women are burdened with, and heal the emotional scars. Regarding the flow of this sequence that leads to the realization of their love, they each honestly disclosed their internal feelings, and it leads to a more deep investigation of their respective characters.
Also, the frequent, magnificent depictions of nature, which line the gorgeous backgrounds, such as the emergence of the light-cicadas and the large swarm of fireflies that float in the starry sky in the heavens, strongly impresses on the viewer the songs of praise for nature, which is one of the themes of this series. However, in contrast to Sara, who explains the coexistence with nature and the importance of the bonds between a person and the Earth, the words of Shin consider what civilization ought to be, when he replied that it was that civilization enabled two people to meet by chance. This series is one that makes a clear distinction from the one-sided songs of praise for nature.

Topics: The "KS-3" Aerial Tanker
The warplane, which provided midair refuelling to the VF-0S that Fokker pilots, seems likely to be the aerial tanker that's called the "KS-3". It appeared in the hangar in the third chapter "The Pale Struggle To The Death", with its main wings folded. As something that was originally designed as an antisubmarine aircraft, it is equipped with such things as antisubmarine acoustic sensors. It wasn't able to cope with the fast approach of Ivanov's aircraft, and was shot down.

Topics: The Fuel-Air Bombs
In contrast to traditional bombs that cause damage with fragments and shock-waves that burst out, Fuel-Air Bombs have a powerful killing power as bombs that specialize in shock waves when they explode, and their feature is to cause great damage even if one is hidden behind cover. In the real world, they became widely known in general because the American Military used them.
