Related Matter: Model Setting Information By General Director Kawamori
When developing this series, fuselage interior and detailed design pictures of such parts as the inner structure of the torso, which is exposed while transforming, and the engines in the legs, were newly depicted with the collaboration of General Director Kawamori Shouji. Those details, which were incorporated into the actual product, came to deepen the finishing touches of the kit by one grade.
Torso Setting Information
The reverse of the torso also depicts such things as the slits for stowing the main wings. It even took into consideration the stowage of each of the parts when in Fighter.

Related Matter: The Deculture Decal Campaign
"Deculture Decals", which wrap the entire fuselage of the Valkyrie in illustrations, were distributed several times, as a campaign for this kit. The "Ranka Ver." on the left was distributed as a purchase bonus at the 48th All Japan Model Hobby Show and Macross F Galaxy Tour Final: Budoukan Performance, and the "Sheryl Ver." on the right was distributed to people who had bought targeted products in model shops in the whole country. Influenced by the popularity of this campaign, large-size decals that had elaborate designs were also adopted into kits for general sale.
