Related Matter: Propaganda Movies
"Little White Dragon" was also a propaganda movie that included metaphors for the Zentraadi. At that time, propaganda movies were frequently produced as amusement to manipulate public opinion and increase one's fighting spirit, or as public relations activities of the Unified Forces (the Macross was afflicted with a shortage of military personnel in its normal state). It's said that films from various genres were produced and released, from films that used the real VF-1, increased one's fighting spirit and were based on real operations, such as "Macrocosmos Samurai", and "The Miracle Operation, Escape From Mars Base"; to comedies like "The Captain Is Bitter, The Homesickness Chapter".

Related Matter: The Zentraadi Who Watched "Little White Dragon"
Clips of "Little White Dragon" were intercepted by the Buritai Fleet on its opening day, and the content was analyzed by the officers. However, the concept of "fiction" didn't exist in the Zentraadi at that time, and they perceived the scenes that were depicted with Visual Effects and CG as genuine images. In particular, the beam attack in Little White Dragon was interpreted as a "legendary Protoculture power", and they feared the My-clones. On the other hand, the lower ranked Zentraadi soldiers also intercepted the clips, and secretly appreciated them. The hearts of every one of them beat faster from the appearance of Lynn Minmei, and they marvelled at the kiss scene. The influence of Earth's culture, including this movie, is connected to their later mass defection. Also, this movie was sent to the main fleet's General Commander Bodoruzaa, and also became one of the materials used in the decision on the general attack on Earth.
