Related Matter: The Protoculture And Their Letters
With the surfacing of the Arutira, the human race learnt of the Protoculture's existence. From the size of the buildings and chairs, they were unlike the giant tribe, which is their creation. Although they are viewed as approximately the same size as the human race, their language and letters appear to resemble the Zentraadi language and letters.

Caption: As Misa could understand the Zentraadi language and letters to some degree, she could also decipher the alien message.

Left: Figures
The figure displayed the Fold Communication System. It is viewed to be something that can display the situation in real time.

Up: Letters
The Protoculture letters have a structure close to figures. It was possible to replace the letters with the alphabet and numerals, because some of them were shared with the Zentraadi letters - some of which had already been clarified.
