Vajra Queen
The individual that is guessed to have an existence that unifies all of the Vajra as the "Queen", and is placed in the highest rank among the Vajra. It is one of the mother bodies that gives birth to the Vajra, who are oviparous creatures, and it produces a countless number of Vajra larvae, who become the foundation for such individuals as the Vajra (Large) and Vajra (Small). In 2059 in what is called the Vajra Incident, where a series of military conflicts broke out between the Macross Frontier Fleet and the Vajra, the Vajra Queen was placed under the control of the Galaxy Fleet's Grace O'conner and they seized control of the network and other Vajra who have a queen. In the final decisive battle between the Macross Frontier Fleet and the Galaxy Fleet at the Vajra Homeworld, Grace and the Queen that she united with produced Dimensional Faults that used the Fold Quartz within the Queen's body, and dominated the war situation. However, the schemes of Grace and others were obstructed by S.M.S.'s Saotome Aruto and others.*

Knight Class Vajra Carrier
The large-scale Space Battleship Class Vajra is endowed with a countless number of gun ports over its whole body. It has a Fold Reactor inside its body, and fires a beam with the output of a Fortress Class Gun from the oral cavity that is exposed when the body unfolds. Also, a countless number of Vajra (Large) and (Small) nest inside its body, and they are operated like carrier-borne aircraft. Although the Knight Class often independently fought the Macross Frontier Fleet, the Vajra Fleet that slept on Gaul 4 battled the Frontier Fleet in a battle array where several Knight Class Carriers spread out in the environs of the core Bishop Class Vajra Carrier, which is even more gigantic than the Knight Class.*

Bishop Class Vajra Carrier
The Bishop Class is a Fortress Class individual that boasts of a size dozens of times even larger than the Knight Class. Just like the Knight Class, a great number of standard type combat Vajra live inside and outside of its body. Also, a Semi-Queen nested inside the body of the Bishop Class that the Macross Frontier armada encountered in August, 2059. It's guessed that even though the Semi-Queen is considered to be the individual that travels around space and searches for the next planet to migrate to, this Bishop Class is the individual for guarding the Semi-Queen in this "travel".*

Left/Right: The Bishop class functions as a Mobile Fortress. It has excellent fold capabilities, just like the Knight class.
[N] Related Matter: The Protoculture And The Vajra
[n] According to one theory, the Protoculture created the "Bird Man" modelled on the form of the Vajra Queen. Also, the design of the Zentraadi space battleships and space fortresses are considered to be based on the large Vajra, such as the Knight Class and the Bishop Class. Such things as the the main gun of the Zentraadi's Large Gunships are thought to be weapons that imitate the large Vajra beam guns. Eventually, the technology of the Protoculture was also transmitted to the human race via a fallen Inspection Forces Spaceship. Even though the technology was diverted into weapons such as the Macross and the Grand Cannons, the fact that this technology -which has the same roots- was circulated in the two camps, feels like a kind of irony.
