Related Matter: The Carrier-Based Aircraft Of The Galaxy Fleet
The carrier-based aircraft that were sortied in the battle with the Macross Frontier Fleet were the unmanned AIF-9V Ghost. They overwhelmed the New Unified Forces VF-171EX aircraft and tormented such forces as S.M.S.'s VF-25 squadrons, because of their astounding high-manoeuvrability that capitalizes on them being unmanned aircraft.
