Related Matter: The Coffee Room In The Macross
An officers' coffee room set up in a view space within the Macross. After the Macross lands on the Earth, it was crowded as a space where one could view the scenery of the Earth.
Caption: The floor where the tables are placed in the inner part is the coffee space, and on this side of the picture is the observation space.

[o] Related Matter: The Hospital Within The Ship
A genuine hospital was built within the SDF-1, which has vast interior spaces. On the right is the Unified Forces Hospital that Ichijo Hikaru was brought into when he was shot down by an accidental discharge during an allied Daedalus Attack. In addition, although this hospital was in the neighbourhood of the section where the battle between the Quadoran-Roh that had penetrated into the town areas and Maximilian Jiinasu's aircraft took place, the facilities were fortunately only slightly damaged.
Caption: Maxamilian Jiinasu's aircraft pursued the Quadoran-Roh and landed on the hospital premises. The glass on the hospital was cracked by the Quadoran-Roh's jet exhaust.
Caption: While Ichijo Hikaru was hospitalized, Skull Squadron leader Major Roy Fokker was seriously injured in battle, and even though he was brought into the same hospital, he died shortly thereafter.
Caption: A panoramic view of the hospital that Ichijo Hikaru was brought into. The Unified Forces mark can be seen in the top part of the building. The figure on the right is the medical equipment that was put onto Ichijo Hikaru, when he was unconscious and in critical condition. It monitors such things as respiration and the heartbeat.
Caption: The diagram on the left is the interior of the Unified Forces Hospital. Probably because Ichijo Hikaru was a junior-grade officer at the time, he was furnished with a fairly wide private room.
