Related Matter: The Defender's Marking
The Destroids that have a "hammer and torch" mark painted on the front part of their waist in the images of the Defender at the time of the First Interstellar War are well known. This marking is the one that was applied to the force attached to the Daedalus, and is proof that these Destroids shouldered the anti-aircraft defence of the Macross.
