Macross Galaxy Fleet
The large carriers that survived the Vajra raid

Caption: The Fleet suffered the all-out Vajra attack and was destroyed. The small quantity of ships that survived linked up with the Macross Frontier Fleet. It's possible that the Battle Galaxy, the flagship, which was missing, was lost in this battle.

Hull Explanation
The 21st New Macross Class Super Long Range Emigrant Fleet "Macross Galaxy" was sponsored by private sector corporation General Galaxy, and even among the numbered fleets, it was the eminent high-tech fleet, with such things as introducing the latest technology, such as cybernetics and implants, and transforming most of the crew with implants. Even though the fleet flagship is supposed to be the Battle Galaxy, after the fleet fights the Vajra, the Battle Galaxy was missing when the fleet carried out its merging with the Macross Frontier Fleet.

Operation Record
The Macross Galaxy Fleet fell into a catastrophic situation due to the all-out attack of the Vajra, who suddenly attacked the fleet. In a short amount of time, 1/3 of the escort vessels were lost in the attack, and while the Mainland was in the process of collapsing, the Macross Galaxy transmitted an SOS to the Macross Frontier Fleet. However, the Frontier government assumed it was malignant sabotage, and decided to ignore it. A small number of surviving refugee ships were rescued by the great efforts of S.M.S., which had employed Sheryl Nome -she was visiting the Frontier Fleet-, and the Vajra that had attacked the Galaxy suddenly started to space fold, and began to attack the Frontier Fleet.

Caption: Sheryl had S.M.S. sortie at her own expense, because she wholeheartedly wanted to save her home town. The standard rent of the Macross Quarter was 120 million credits.

Caption: The aggregate consciousness (Brain) of the Galaxy's top management, which had survived, disappeared in the Frontier Fleet, and started the "Frontier Control Operation".

War Fleet Composition
Centred on the Mainland and the flagship Battle Galaxy, the fleet was composed of such ships as the Escort Space Carrier Darufimu and Deneb Class Cruisers. The warships that were used as refugee ships might also have been originally used as escort vessels. The Mainland and flagship were lost due to the Vajra attack, and the surviving war fleet was incorporated into the Macross Frontier Fleet.

The Technology That The Galaxy Fleet Provided
In the Macross Galaxy Fleet, implants were put into the crew, and that became a means for the fleet's top management to control the crew's consciousness. The Vajra were planned to be controlled by cutting the connections of the assembled consciousness between the Vajra with Fold Jamming, and controlling the Vajra with Implant Shells, which were a conversion of the technology that the fleet's top management used to control its citizens consciousness. The Frontier Government, which had seized the Galaxy Fleet's technology, came to realize hypothesized results, with such things as placing the majority of the Vajra under control as a result of committing the counteroffensive operation "Hypnosis" into combat for the first time.

Caption: The Implant Shells were repelled by the strong outer shell of the Vajra, and even though they were aimed at and fired into the joints, the shell was also penetrated, depending on the individual Vajra.

Caption: The Vajra that the Implant Shells were fired into appeared to change their body colour. There was a possibility that the effect of the Implant Shells wouldn't remain only in the nervous system.

Up: Jamming Apparatus
The Macross Frontier Fleet also performed research into Fold Waves with the cooperation of the comprehensive mechanism manufacturer L.A.I., and completed an original jamming device.

Related Matter: The Soldiers Whose Will Was Dispossessed By The Top Management
Grace and Brera, the Macross Galaxy spies, mechanized the majority of their bodies with Implant Technology. Unlike ordinary people, they exist in order to execute the orders of the fleet's top management, and all of their actions were controlled by the top management. Even though they are deprived of their individual will, their self might be regained by destroying the implant port.
