Aircraft Explanation:
The Macross Quarter Class Multipurpose Stealth Space Combat Carrier is the warship that carries the nucleus of the escort vessels that Civilian Military Provider S.M.S. dispatches to each fleet. Among the military vessels of the same class in the same age, the Macross Quarter Class boasts of a combat capability that excels in every aspect, such as having a Gatling style Buster Cannon that can be operated as a Heavy Quantum Reaction Gun, also being able to operate about 80 VFs and Destroids, and in addition, being endowed with a transformation mechanism to "Storming Attack Form".

Operation Record
The Macross Frontier Fleet uses Implant Technology and succeeds in placing the swarm of strange Vajra lifeforms under its control in 2059. In opposition to that, Captain Jeffrey Wilder of the S.M.S. Frontier Branch complains to the New Unified Forces that controlling the Vajra, an intelligent life-form, is a Galaxy Treaty violation, and tried to check the Frontier Fleet. The New Unified Forces and S.M.S. headquarters, who received that complaint, sent in a combined fleet as aid for the Frontier Branch. A lot of Macross Quarter Class Carriers linked up from each S.M.S. Branch in the combined fleet, and those warships, which cut through and stormed into the advance guard, landed one after another on the Vajra homeworld, which was the setting of the decisive battle. After that, the Queen Frontier (the fused Queen Vajra and Battle Frontier body) was simultaneously bombarded with the Heavy Quantum Reaction Guns on several Macross Quarter Class ships in the combined fleet. However, immediately after that, the Queen Vajra freed herself from control by implants, and the bombardment didn't hit, as the queen evacuated by long-range Space Fold.

Macross 17 Attached Macross Quarter
The Macross Quarter Class ships that are deployed to each S.M.S. branch all share a basic structure which unites and operates 5 warships: the High-Speed Cruiser Center Hull, which is the main body; the ARMD-R, equipped with a Gatling style Buster Cannon; the ARMD-L, which combines an assault landing craft with an aircraft carrier; and the BASTER-L and BASTER-R Mobile Gun Battery Ships. In addition, they are equipped with a transformation mechanism to Storming Attack Form, which resembles a humanoid. The Macross 17 Fleet S.M.S. branch attached Macross Quarter Class's feature is the application of camouflage paint to the entire body.

Left/Down/Right: Additional gun turrets have been installed on various places, such as the blocks that become the shoulders and legs in Storming Attack Form.

Macross 23 Attached Macross Quarter
The Macross Quarter Class that's deployed to the S.M.S. in the Macross 23 Fleet. Although it has a characteristic blue and white coating, the ship's outfitting is almost in-common with the Frontier branch's Macross Quarter. In the decisive battle at the Vajra homeworld, together with the Macross 17 attached Macross Quarter, it bombarded the Queen Frontier, after executing a landing on the planetary surface.
