Related Matter: The Variable Training Craft VT
The Variable Craft for training are classified as "Variable Trainer" Variable Training Craft (hereafter VT). Even though normal VFs are used in VF control training and during model conversion orientation training, cases were VTs were used were also seen - the VTs had such things as auxiliary components installed, and were made unarmed and into two-seater craft in order for the instructor to ride together, as the pilots had only a small number of flying hours.

Right: Sound Force's VT-17T Kai was a diverted two-seater style VT-17T training craft. The VT were often improved two-seater VFs.

VE and VT, which are derivatives of the VF-1, appeared in the 2031 released movie "Do You Remember Love?". They are the VE-1 Elint Seeker and the VT-1. Both are unarmed and improved two-seater VF-1, and are equipped with unarmed style Super Parts, which seem to be improved similar to those for the VF-1.

1 Search Operation By VE
The electronic warfare VE executes searches for the enemy. It then communicates the detected information on the enemy and their position to the VF, VA, and VB.

2 Attack By VF
The fighter aircraft VF come into contact with the enemy and attack them.

3 Attack By VB
The VB transform into such things as Destroid mode, and carry out such things as bombardments from long range.

4 Attack By VA
The VA executes such things as bombing raids on the enemy's position.
