Related Matter: [Plus] The Initial Cyborg Technology
The initial General Galaxy Co. cyborg technology research result was the YF-21 Variable Fighter, which was equipped with the BDI System that connects the nerves of the pilot with the aircraft. The BDI System projects images from the aircraft's equipment, such as sensors and radar, in the pilot's brain, and the pilot's thoughts are directly applied to flying the aircraft. Although the BDI System demonstrated unequalled controllability, it has the weak point of the fully unleashed manoeuvrability being too much for the pilot's body to endure. The VF-27, that Galaxy developed after that, resolved that weak point by mechanizing the pilot's body.

Right: Guld Goa Bowman
A BDI System development staff member and the YF-21 test pilot. His name was bequeathed to the Galaxy VF Development Arsenal "Guld Works".

Related Matter: Android Zentraadi
The Galaxy Fleet's idea of creating an enhanced human race by technology that was highly developed, wasn't something implemented only by them. The Protoculture, who thrived in ancient times, also had such an idea, and came to create the Zentraadi race, which was specialized in combat. However, as the Protoculture had developed genetic engineering, they didn't enhance the human race postnatally with cybernetics, but adopted a method where they invented a human race itself with enhanced bodies due to genetic manipulation. The commanding officer model Zentraadi, who were able to act in outer space in the flesh and blood, despite being only for a short time, were living body weapons that far surpassed mankind's technology in the 21st century.

Right: Kuran Kuran
The Zentraadi women had genetically manipulated bodies suited to controlling the mobile weapons with great acceleration. Kuran Kuran was also a Quadoran Rhea ace pilot active in S.M.S.'s Pixy Squadron.
