Max Invites Hikaru And Others To A Home Party
As there was time before they arrived in the operation's sector of space - even with utilizing Fold Navigation - , Max included Claudia into the members who had been held captive in Buritai's ship, and suggested to Hikaru that they have a home party.* Hikaru agreed to Max, who said that he wanted his wife Miria to be acquainted with the atmosphere of a home party of Earth, and they immediately held the party in Mr. and Mrs. Max's room. While Max treated everyone to home cooking, Max, who saw Misa engrossed with Komiria, paid undue attention to her relationship with Hikaru, and indirectly put pressure on Hikaru with "aren't you looking forward to wanting to see her baby?"

Even though it was the Macross = Buritai Allied Forces that won the interstellar war with the Bodoru Main Fleet, the Bodoru Fleet - which had 5 million warships - was also only one of the Zentraadi Main Fleets, which exist in the thousands. Also, each fleet exists independent of each other, and it's guessed that the actual circumstances of the First Interstellar War and such things as the destruction of the Bodoru Main Fleet and peace with the Earthlings, hasn't been transmitted to the other main fleets. In other words, even now, most Zentraadi continue to fight the Inspection Forces, which were the original enemy of the Zentraadi, in the cosmos unexplored by mankind; and its possible to say that its not strange that a war front will be opened by them with mankind at some other time.
