The Inspection Forces have repeatedly fiercely battled with the Zentrādi over a long period of 500,000 years. However, the substance of the Inspection Forces has hardly been transmitted to the Earth side. However, according to information from certain informed sources, "the Inspection Forces is the general term for the Protoculture and Zentrādi that have suffered mind manipulation by the Evhil Series (later the Protodevilun), which were hijacked by life-forms from a different dimension". The Miclone Device, which doesn't only transform Zentrādi to the Earthling size, but also transforms the average Earthling into the physical strength of a giant, is a device that's indispensable for the coexistence of the the different races. However, on the other hand, some of the Zentrādi in which dissatisfaction with a cultural life has risen, seized a device in order to return to the original giant size of their comrades. They tried to regain their identity as giants.
