Myung in her student days was adored by everyone because of her beauty and carefree personality. Also, her passions were disposed to song to the degree that it interested the people around her, to the extent that they referred to her as the "School Festival Idol". There are few people who know the reason why such a Myung stopped singing, and even her best friend Kate seemed to be unable to guess the reason.

Dr. Werth, who drew up the internal report concerning Guld, laid bare a sense of impending crisis with, "There are suspicions that Guld, who is descended from the Zentraadi, has forcibly suppressed his fighting instinct in some form. If that suppression is released...".* The disturbances that occurred about 30 years earlier, especially the insurrection of the Zentraadi who had been naturalized on Earth, were still fresh in people's minds, and they might have feared that kind of trouble.
