Extra Report: Sheryl's Songs And Their Effect On The Vajra
Sheryl, who was in the terminal condition of the V-type Infectious Disease, was afflicted in the brain with the virus, and was in a state where her life was in danger. However, the virus that had invaded her brain exhibited the peculiarity of generating faint Fold Waves. Leon, who zeroed in on that, selected Sheryl as the new songstress that took the place of Ranka, and used her as the trump card in the Anti Vajra Campaign. It is thought that she would disturb the control of the Vajra as they are a colony organism that mutually conveys information on a network that uses Fold Waves as an intermediary.

Extra Report: The Meaning Of The Vajra's Song
After the battle ended, Ranka responded to the question 'in the end, what is the Vajra's song?' with "it's a song of love". The Vajra meet and cross-fertilize with the swarms that live in other galaxies once every tens of thousands to hundreds of millions of years. At that time, the song of love that the mutual swarms call out with is the essence of the Vajra's song. Thus, 'aimo' seems to have been the word that meant 'dear'.*

* Translator's note: 'dear' in the sense of what a wife calls a husband.

Caption: The theory that assumed that the Vajra's song was a song of love seems to be one that a very young Ranka was told by her mother.
