Varohta Forces: the Military Force Manipulated by the Protodevilun
The Varohta Forces are the armed forces that the Protodevilun, who were revived in the present-day, formed to do such things as secure "spiritia", the Protodevilun's energy source. However, the name of the Varohta Forces isn't one that the Protodevilun used. It is one that the Earth side used, because the New Earth Unified Government's Long-Range Emigrant Fleet Megaroad 13 had discovered Varohta 3198XE*, a planetary system that humans could reside in, and were using it as their base of operations (although the name Varohta 3198XE* was also due to the Earth side, the naming of the Protodevilun was by the Protoculture, who flourished in antiquity).

The advanced science planet, where the Protodevilun were sealed is the 4th planet of the Varohta 3198XE* star system. A research group (headed by Staff Officer Ivano Gunther) was dispatched by the Unified Forces to investigate a mysterious field there, and became the trigger of the Protodevilun's revival.

Caption: The form of Captain Oort-Mauer, who became the target of Gigiru's possession, was also in the elite Blue Rhinoceros squadron that was dispatched to the planet.

Up: VF-14 Vampire
The research group was equipped with the Variable Fighter VF-14 and a stealth ship. After remodelling, these armaments seem to have been diverted into the Varohta Forces.
