Related Matter: The Managers Of The Two People
In Sheryl's case, even though Grace O'conner was her manager, Grace had come into contact with her from her childhood, and she had an existence that could be called Sheryl's foster parent. In Ranka's case, although entertainment company president Elmo Kuridaniku -who discovered her- seems to have also served as her manager, Matsuura Nanase was in charge of managing her after Ranka became a star. While the two both coincidentally had female managers, it absolutely seems that fellow women easily understand their mutual intentions.

Caption: Although Grace raised Sheryl as someone essential for the plan she has, she still had genuine affection toward Sheryl.

Caption: In addition to Ranka's management, Nanase -who was from the same generation- also performed such things as putting on Ranka's make-up. She could even guess the subtleties of the emotional girl, which was difficult for Elmo to do.
