Effects of Practice (or not)
Practice effects the quality of the performance. If your character is not practicing regularly—or rigorously practicing—there may be modifiers to their skill checks.
This should be determined on a weekly basis. Characters should not be penalized if they miss one or two days of practice (or more, especially if it is due to circumstances that are outside of the player's control).

Minor Music Culture Attack
- -2 to all combat abilities & attributes
- -20% to all skills
- automatically lose initiative
Minor Music is music that is performed without the aid of large speakers, a production team, or a full band. This music is normally a singer singing solo without musical assistance, or a guitar player on an acoustic guitar playing on their own. This type of music will confuse, distract, and cause shock in 'un-cultured' Zentrādi.

Major Music Culture Attack [Minmei Attack]
- -4 to all combat abilities & attributes
- -40% to all skills
- automatically lose initiative
- Save VS ME at -4 or flee in terror/remain rigid in place unable to move (GM's decision)
The sound of fully produced music with a backing band and full concert sound, causes immense culture shock in Zentrādi, causing them to become incredibly confused and fearful. These things have the most devastating effect on 'un-cultured' Zentrādi warriors who have never seen such things.
