Character Generation: Attribute Based Skill Precent Modifier Chart

The following is designed to reduce the work load in calculating the skill percentage (%) increase in attribute based games. It is based on the following calculation:

Subtract the skill level from 100, and then dividing it by 100. The result is the experience multiplier.

Use the experience multiplier to multiply by the skill experience points for the final skill percentage (%) gain. Add that to the skill.
