R: = required - skills that are needed to purchase the skill. At least 2 points must be spent on the required skill.

  • Note 1: the skills needed to be a Variable Fighter Pilot are: Radio, Hand to Hand Basic (preferably Expert), Navigation, Read Sensory Instruments, Pilot Mecha: Variable Vehicles, Mecha Combat: Variable Vehicles. Optional: WP Auto Pistol.
  • Note 2: the VF the PC always flies is either a regular or easy task for the character. Even easy tasks in a new/unfamiliar VF are difficult tasks until the GM decides the PC is experienced with the VF type.
