United Nations Army Officer OCC |
---|
The United Nations Army, along with the United Nations Space Marines, are the grunts of the United Nations Armed Forces. Where the Marines serve aboard Unifed Space Forces vessels and Unified Forces Navy ships, the men and women of the Unified Forces Army protect the Unified Armed Forces interests and civilians on the ground. They are a regular sight around military checkposts, and are used for both military and civilian action. It is the Unified Forces Army that helps with forest fires, floods, and other natural disasters to assist the civilian populace.
The minimum starting age for a Unified Forces Army Officer is 22 (3 years of University, and one year of Officer Training School).
Pre-requisite requirements
PE 9. A high ME, PS, and PP are also preferred, but not necessary.

Aircraft Pilot (12 months MOS training)
Prerequisites: PP 10 The Unified Forces Army does require air support, which the Unified Forces Air Force and Space-Air Force are sometimes unable to provide. As a result, support aircraft - attack and transport helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft - have been vital since the unification of the world's armies under one command. MOS Skills Read Sensory Instruments +20% Navigation +20% Weapon Systems +10% Pilot Helicopter +25% Pilot Jet +15% Army Infantry Officers (3 months MOS training) Prerequisites: PS 10, PE 10, Spd 10 Perhaps because of the nature of the beast, Infantry Officers run the Army. They are surprisingly flexible - an infantryman can be retrained to virtually any role, which is not always true of the reverse - and leads to a greater concern for the safety and welfare of the Army as a whole. MOS Skills Camouflage +20% Wilderness Survival +20% Land Navigation +20% Climbing +10% Lore: Infantry Tactics +20% WP: Heavy Weapons Army Variable Fighter Officer (24 months MOS training) Prerequisites: PP 14 The Unified Forces Army maintains a few Marine Variable Fighter Squadrons, even fewer than the Unified Forces Marines. These officers undergo two years fighter training after they complete their basic officer training. They specialise in supporting Marine assaults and attacks. Engineering Officer (6 months MOS training)
Prerequisites: IQ 12 Army Engineering Officers are trained in fortification, construction, and destruction. They have much the same training as their enlisted brethren, but focused on the leadership and planning aspects, rather than the combat applications. MOS Skills Fortification +20% Construction Engineering +15% Basic Construction +15% Demolitions +10% Demolitions Disposal +10% Trap & Mine Detection +15% Medical Officer (4 years Medical School) Prerequisites: IQ 13+ Army doctors perform much the same function as their civilian opposites, though the number of civilian doctors who see the massive number of battle injuries that appear in field hospitals is relatively small.
