UNSDB: Meltran Officer RCC/OCC

Meltran Officers lead the Meltan Queadlunn-Rau Squadrons into battle leading by example wih superior skills and genes than other Meltrans. Every Officer recieves the same basic skills as the Soldiers, but they also recieve additional skills and enhanced genes to assist them in their leadership duties. Meltran Officers are faster, more agile and deadlier than regular meltrans, who are deadly even by Zentraedi standards.

Meltrandi get the following racial bonuses.

SIZE: 28+1D12 feet tall. When micronized, divide by 6 (i.e. a 35 ft. tall Zentradi would be 5'10" micronized).
