UNSDB: UN Navy Warship Captain OCC

With the decimation of the majority of Earths population the UN Navy suffered the same problem as the various other branches of the UN Armed Forces. That being that there were inadequate numbers of Senior Officers to command the new Warships that would be needed. As a response to this the UN Navy authorised the creation of a special fast-track program for gifted and talented individuals to take on the role of Warship Commanders. Personnel are selected in University, and once having finished their degree courses begin a grueling four year intensive Command course learning how to Command a UN Navy Warship. When they graduate they will be assigned the rank of Lt. Commander, and placed in charge of a UN Navy Warship. The minimum starting age for a Warship Captain is 25

IQ 12, ME 14 or higher required. Higher stats are helpful but not necessary.
