UN Spacy Warship Captain OCC

With much of the Earth's population having been killed in the Zentraedi Assault on Earth there are few experienced enough Military Personnel to take over the running of the large Fleet Vessels of the UN Spacy. So selected, gifted individuals are taken when they complete their University Degree's and placed in an intensive four year training schedule to learn how to command one of the immense vessels of the UN Spacy Fleet. When they graduate they will be assigned the rank of Lt. Commander, and placed in charge of a Northampton Class Stealth Frigate. The minimum starting age for a Warship Captain is 25
