Ship Facilities
Noputi Baganisu 5631, the flagship of the Buritai Fleet—the 67th Gurimaru-class Branch Fleet—attached to the Bodoru Main Fleet, was a ship intended for long-term voyages. Starting with a huge bridge with numerous radars and displays, her onboard facilities were furnished with functions and systems for a variety of missions, such as the Miclone Examination System. During the First Interstellar War of 2009–2010, the ship put such features to good use in carrying out missions such as pursuing the SDF-1 Macross and capturing Miclones.

• The Unified Forces' Variable Fighter (hereafter VF) also infiltrated the ship and fought with Buritai and other Zentrādi during the war.
Control Room

Caption:
• The room was used by Buritai Kuridaniku—who commanded the Buritai Fleet—and Exsedor Forumo, the recording staff officer, as a space that could be called the brains of the ship.

Bridge

Caption:
• The bridge that controls the ship is adjacent to the Control Room. Besides the large navigation map installed in its innermost part, several tactical desks are set up in the bridge. In addition, the room is furnished with a large number of holographic displays.
The Destroyed Control Room The Control Room was damaged in an attack by the VF-1A piloted by Max. The Control Room's speakers and microphones were undamaged, however the display screen and the glass around the front of the room were destroyed.

Caption:
• The management of the entire ship's operation was conducted under the command of the Control Room. At the very least, dozens of bridge officers are stationed in the bridge section, and they supported such things as navigation, communication control, and fire control during battle. The bridge was a key part in the efficient operation of the ship.

Meeting Room

• The room was used by Buritai and others for important meetings and interviews. Bodoru Flagship Fleet Commander-in-Chief Bodoruzā, who doubted that the Earthlings were the "Protoculture", raised the captive Earthlings—Hikaru Ichijō, Misa Hayase and others—above the desk in the Meeting Room, and interrogated them.
Passageway / Prison

Passageway A section of the passageways that were laid out to move between the onboard facilities, such as the bridge and the hangars. Lights are installed at regular intervals in the ceiling.

Caption:
• The passageways also have a large internal space so that the Zentrādi can move with plenty of room. Due to that, it was possible to move about inside the ship in a VF.
Jail Cell Door

Inside the Jail Cell

Toilet / Passageway

Caption:
• Toilets for the Zentrādi are set up in various parts of the ship. It seems that they didn't have any toilet paper rolls on hand because they used the toilets like a bidet with water spouting out from the back of the toilet bowl. Under the toilet itself are the pedals for flushing the unit. The illustration above shows the entrance to the toilet.*

• Hikaru Ichijō and Misa Hayase, who had escaped from their incarceration by the Zentrādi Forces, successfully linked up with Kakizaki and Max here.

Miclone System

Captions:
• The room with the system that converts Zentrādi, who are usually 12–13 m tall, into a Miclone (Earthling) size. One can shrink one's body with this system by entering into a dedicated capsule and being submerged in a special liquid. The main unit of the system—which includes the capsule—is extraordinarily large.

• Warera, Rori and Konda, and others such as Exsedor used this system to reduce their bodies to Miclone size.* The former three did it in their infiltration to investigate the Macross, and the latter did it when visiting the Macross during the ceasefire negotiations.

* Translator's note: was "Exsedor and others, starting with Warera, Rori and Konda, used this system..." in the original Ed.
Miclone Examination Capsule
