ARMD Combat Space Carrier Variants

L-5 Front-Line Station
The following stats are conversion notes that detail the changes from the base ARMD Space Combat Carrier stats.

Built at Legrange 5 to protect the Manufacturing Station and New Frontier (Ship Yards and Space Colony) which are the large-scale construction site of the ARMD Space Combat Carriers and Oberth Space Destroyers. Construction of the Manufacturing Station began in May, 2001. Manufacturing Station and Front-Line Station presumably damaged during Space War I, but not destroyed. The front-line station is basically an ARMD Space Combat Carrier stripped of armour, armament, bridge and propulsion.

MDC BY LOCATION:

No Main Engines, Sub-Engines, Bridge, Guided Focusing Beam Gun Turrets or Large Anti-Ship Missile Launchers.

SPEEDS:

Manuevering Thrusters: used to maintain orbital position. They have barely enough thrust to avoid major beam attacks.
Gravity Control cannot fly in an atmosphere. Will burn up and crash.

OFFENSIVE SYSTEMS

No Guided Focusing Beam Gun System or Large Anti-ship Missile Launchers.

SENSOR EQUIPMENT

No Fold Communications or Fold Wave Sensor.

OTHER STANDARD EQUIPMENT

No Docking Module, Sublight Engines or Space Fold System.

ARMD Space Combat Carrier - 2038 Improved Version
LowerFrontM7TrashFleet (30K)

The following stats are conversion notes that detail the changes from the base ARMD Space Combat Carrier stats.

Some of the suriving ARMD have been refurbished in the mid-2038's, and have had their underside filled in with superstructure, such as the ARMD seen in the Macross 7 Fleet. This has expanded both their functionality, as well as extended their lifespan.

Design Features: increased armour plating; improved propulsive power and armaments, fold system, large dock on front of ship.

Space Fold Range: 35 light years if there are no fold faults
