BACKGROUND
Works is the manufacturing Destroid that's based on the Cheyenne II. The main points that have been improved on the Works are the removal of such things as the guns and radar, and the exchanging of the arm equipment for 5-fingered manipulators that can also be used for precise work. In addition, as Works isn't for combat, in addition to being painted in kabuso* orange and warning colours that easily standout, the Works has had warning lights installed on the shoulders. The Works was found to be useful because the base operated craft has great power and it has highly accurate manipulators. Consequently, the Works was brought into various important jobs.
Although Works was made to be lightweight, as it has an output equal to that of the Cheyenne II, Works can even transport multi-dozen t class heavy weights. Works was also used in the Macross Frontier Fleet to recover the remains of the Vajra.

As the works is not designed for combat, it is fairly easy to pilot. However, as the combat affiliated systems have been removed, the Works doesn't have a very good offensive system.

- +0 on initiative
- +0 to strike

- +3 to roll with a punch or fall with an impact, reducing damage by half.
- Tilt Dodge Modifier (applied to the regular dodge bonus): -5.
- Critical strike same as pilot's hand-to-hand.
- Body block/tackle/ram - 2D4 M.D. plus a 50% chance of knocking an opponent down, causing him to loose initiative and one attack that melee round.
